serving San Diego
I am a clinical psychologist in private practice in San Diego, providing psychotherapy and consultation. As a mental health professional, I serve a culturally diverse clientele, including my work within the LGBTQ community.
My mission is to support my clients through life changes and their challenges, offering both short-term, strategic psychotherapy as well as insight-oriented psychotherapy. I guide clients in coming to understand how their habits and long-standing patterns of behavior can interfere with interpersonal relationships and personal growth.
In addition to my work with individuals, I offer couple counseling that is focused on identifying and working through roadblocks that hinder communication within the relationship. My goal is to help partners build and rebuild trust, allowing a deeper experience of intimacy.
